Around 3:30 pm Washington Police, Fire, and EMS responded to the Havens Gardens boat ramp in response to a possible drowning. Upon arrival emergency services located a teen youth who was transported to Beaufort County Medical Center where he is currently under medical care. Further details about his condition will have to come from the medical center as the situation unfolds. No names are available at this time due to the nature of the situation.
